Eco-Chic Cocktail

Made in Iceland, Reyka is known as one of the most eco-friendly vodkas in the world but, at our recent Eco-Chic Entertaining event on the roof deck of The Xchange, all our guests remember are the delicious, organic cocktails.

INGREDIENTS
0.5 oz Monin Coconut Syrup
1.5 oz Reyka Vodka
1.5 oz Litchi Juice
1 oz Guava Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.25 Fresh Lime Juice

MIXING NOTES
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
Shake well.
Strain and serve in martini glass or over ice.
Garnish with sliced organic strawberries and blueberries.
