Paulette Koumetz and her award-winning chef, Christophe Michalak, have created 12 everyday classic flavors like caramel, lemon and coconut as well as seasonal specialities including jasmine tea and cinnamon.

A wonderful alternative to serving cake, their five-tiered tower ($106) holds a selection of 60 macarons in a dramatic yet elegant display. For dinner party or wedding favor gifts, order 2 macarons in a mini-box ($4) with signature logo cutout (which cleverly shows the flavor inside).  For special events and large orders, contact Paulette by email.
