Savory Snack | Raincoast Crisps

Lesley Stowe CrispsWith so many different savory biscuits on the market, who needs yet another cracker?  For an interesting snack or original appetizer, serve Raincoast Crisps, the handmade, all natural crisp created by Vancouver caterer and cookbook author, Lesley Stowe.

The crisps, which come in signature flavors including Fig and Olive, Salty Date and Almond, Rosemary Raisin Pecan and, our favorite, Cranberry Hazelnut, pair beautifully with soft cheeses, bruschetta, antipasto or even smoked salmon.

Lesley Stowe’s Raincoast Crisps are available online for $6.99 and at select Whole Foods stores nationwide.

These are the best crackers EVER!!! I love to eat them with a smear of St. Agur Blue Cheese and a bit of Membrillo(Quince Paste). The perfect balance of Sweet, Salty & Crispiness!
